How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch within 24 hours (Mon–Fri), and UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Can I return something?

Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unwanted item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@blastoys.uk and we'll walk you through it.

Where's my order?

Once your order ships we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, email hello@blastoys.uk with your order number and we'll resend it.

This item is sold out — will you get more?

Our range is hand-picked, so some favourites sell fast. Many lines come back — email us the product name and we'll let you know the moment it's restocked.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry! Email hello@blastoys.uk a quick photo and your order number and we'll sort a replacement or full refund right away, with return postage on us.
