Use our website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access. All content is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

3. Products & Descriptions

We describe and photograph products accurately, but slight variations may occur. All toys are sold subject to the age guidance shown; please follow it. Products are subject to availability.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not acceptance. A binding contract forms only when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g. out of stock, mispriced, suspected fraud) and will refund paid cancelled orders in full.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we discover a genuine pricing error we'll contact you before dispatch. Payment is taken at time of order via our secure providers.

6. Shipping

7. Returns & Refunds

Your rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Our Liability

We provide our products and website with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law — including your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order applies to that order.
