We know the wait between "add to basket" and "watch them unwrap it" is the hardest part. That's why we ship fast and keep you posted every step of the way.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Weekend/holiday orders go out the next working day.

UK Delivery & Costs

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £25.
• Orders under £25: a flat £3.95 delivery charge.
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

International Delivery

International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

• Europe (EU): flat £9.95
• Rest of World: flat £14.95
• Estimated delivery: 5–12 working days depending on destination and customs.
